Missing/Damaged
Any missing and/or damaged (referring to “damaged” due to shipping) claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Missing/Damaged claims will be processed within 15 days from the date of receipt. Customers are encouraged to open and examine their entire order to guarantee no missing parts, pieces, damages, leaks, etc. Any claims reported more than 48 hours after receipt of goods, will not be honored.
If shipment is damaged: Notify the delivery person of the damage and have them note the damage onto the freight bill. Contact the delivery company and inform them of the damage. Keep all original packaging materials as this will be needed until your claim is settled, or for the return of your order.
 
Returns/Credits/Refunds/Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be in original packaging, pre-approved by management and may be subject to a non-negotiable 25% restocking fee if the product being returned is not defective or damaged. The merchandise must accompany a copy of the original receipt and have been purchased within the warranty offered at the time of purchase. There are no returns, credits, refunds or exchanges on sale items; however, if the item is approved by management and deemed defective, an exchange or credit may be issued.
Products which are damaged due to neglect, used, and stickered will not be accepted. No RETURNS allowed for make-up, skincare, waxes, eyelashes, eyelash extensions, eyelash extension glue, shears and hygiene products (unless damaged in shipping). Once RETURN is approved by management, a Return Authorization (RA) form will be issued and must be mailed back with the returned items for proper return procedures. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. CREDITS will be processed within 15 days from the date of receipt. A check will be mailed for all approved REFUNDS. REFUNDS will be processed within 30 days from date of request. If customer wishes to EXCHANGE an item, customer is responsible for shipping item(s) to our warehouse, pay a 25% restocking fee and will be charged a shipping fee for the new item to be sent to them.
 
Furniture/Equipment
DiamantesBeautySupply.com extends a 60-day parts-only warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects including material and workmanship under normal professional usage in salons or spas. Such Limited Warranty shall apply for a period of 60 days from the date of the final purchase. The Limited Warranty is not transferable.
Warranty is void if a product is damaged due to negligence, was misassembled, if customer performs any unauthorized repairs, if customer uses a product in a manner that it was unintended for and/or it is determined that damages occurred on return shipment.
60 days after the date of sale, Limited Warranty customer shall be charged for replacement parts and repairs. DiamantesBeautySupply.com reserves the right to utilize equivalent replacement parts for any defective part. Under this Limited Warranty, all shipping and handling charges, including any other related costs, shall be borne by the final purchaser.
Once a furniture/equipment order is shipped out of our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled. A 30% cancellation fee will apply to any order that was not shipped and was cancelled by the customer. All items must be returned in original condition, unassembled, un-used and in original packaging.
Upon receipt of the merchandise it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the items.DiamantesBeautySupply.com does not take responsibility for merchandise that was not inspected by the customer upon delivery.
